Nonso Nwagbo — Nigeria’s famous comedian, Kenny Blaq, thrilled the audience at “The Experience 14” that held at TBS, Lagos.
The comedian who is popular for remixing popular songs didn’t fail to crack the ribs of the annual event’s attendees.
He performed a Christian version of the trending vibe, “Parte After Parte,” which he mixed with a hit gospel single by Phil Thompson titled “My Worship.”
With only a few minutes on the stage, Kenny Blaq got the crowd dancing as he mixed the two songs with an Afrobeat which every Nigerian present could relate with.
The Experience 14
The Experience is an annual worship concert that holds on the first Friday of December.
It’s organized by House On The Rock Church. This year’s edition made it the 14th time the event was organized in Nigeria.
Other notable singers that ministered at the event include Mercy Chinwo, Sinach, Donnie Mcclurkin, Todd Dulaney, Preye Odede, and Onos.
Also on the list is the award-winning American gospel singer, Travis Greene, who gained lots of Nigerian fans after he collaborated with Tim Godfrey to release, “Nara Ekele.”
The constant man on the list is Don Moen, who has been with the brand since its inception.
The Song — Parte After Parte
In spite of the numerous A-List artists, Kenny Blaq successfully stole the show with his performance.
Recall that “Parte After Parte” hit the Nigerian entertainment air only a few months back.
The song has been used for lots of memes and is arguably more popular that it’s singer, “BigTril.”
It has gotten endorsement from many Nigerian celebrities including Wizkid, Davido and Tacha.
Tacha endorsed the song this morning when she posted a video of her dancing to the song.
Wizkid also endorsed the song with a tweet he posted in November.
