President Muhammadu Buhari said he experienced been in difficulty for quite a while in his administration and political excursion.
President Buhari said this at the castle of the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Garbai Elkanemi, during his visit to Borno State on Thursday.
Vanguard had announced that the President was in the state to visit the Theater Command of Operation Hadin Kai, Mamalari Cantonment, and commission a few ventures.
