Lady calls out Ned Nwoko for jailing her father & others who opposed his land-grabbing deals (Video)

Youngster gets down on well known money manager, Ned Nwoko for unlawfully imprisoning her dad and other local area pioneers over a supposed strong land takeover.

The woman distinguished as @pa_melanin on Twitter got down on the government official with six spouses for utilizing his opulence to abuse individuals of her local area one of which her dad is a casualty.

In her portrayal, she composed;

“At some point in 2017, Ned Nwoko incited an emergency in Idumuje Ugboko Community in Delta state, because of the local area’s firm refusal to give him extra 90 hectares of land, having fumbled the hectares before given to him.

“In the following emergency, it was claimed that one Cyprian Kumaorun was executed. While this was progressing, my dad, Okey Ifejoku was a few kilometers away in Asaba. He was neither present at the location of the emergency nor took part in any supposed battle.

“Nonetheless, from that point forward, Ned Nwoko has made it a state of obligation to threaten the local area until they grovel and offer him the land on a platter.

“By righteousness of Mr. Okey Ifejoku’s (my father’s) position as the President of the Idumuje Ugboko Development Union, he has borne the best abuse from Ned Nwoko. Ned Nwoko has unlawfully utilized the instruments of state, especially the Nigeria police in Delta State and Abuja, to abuse the defenseless individuals from Idumuje-Ugboko Community.

“In 2017, Ned Nwoko incited the police in Delta state to document an accuse of the number: A/240C/2017, at the High Court of Delta State, against Ochei Nnamdi and Ofonye Ufoh, for the supposed homicide of Cyprian Kumaorun. This charge was hung on the legitimacy and the litigants were vindicated.

“Not done, Ned Nwoko, by and by, incited the police to document an accuse of the number: MI/24C/2020, at the officer’s court of Delta state, Isele-Uku, against his own lord (Obi Chukwunonso Nwoko), Mr. Okey Ifejoku (my dad) and four other guiltless individuals from the local area for the supposed homicide of Cyprian Kumaorun. The charge was shipped off the DPP (Director of Public Prosecutions) of Delta state, who prompted that the respondents had no case to reply. Based on the DPP’s legitimate exhort, the charge was struck out.

“While this was going on, Ned Nwoko moved to Abuja and got officials of the FCID Abuja to capture my dad, Mr Okey Ifejoku and 9 different individuals from the Idumuje Ugboko people group. The 10 litigants were captured, confined at FCID for as long as a half year, before they were charged to court in two groups, by the workplace of the Attorney General of the Federation for supposed psychological warfare and asserted homicide of Cyprian Kumaorun.

“One considers how the Attorney General of the Federation got so intrigued by a common debate in Idumuje Ugboko, with all the genuine psychological oppression and banditry going in the North-East and North-West of Nigeria. Also, how is it possible that a would charge be recorded in Abuja when every one of the elements of the supposed offense and every one of the respondents live in Delta State?

“The principal charge: FHC/CR/169/2020 was before Justice Taiwo of the FHC and has been moved to the FHC , Delta State. The Charge: FH/CR/11/2019 (Mr. Okey Ifejoku and 7 others) was relegated to Justice Abang of the Federal High Court. As at the hour of composing this, 7 of the respondents have been allowed bail, while the guiltless youth Leader, Raymond Omosiete, has remained unfairly imprisoned first at FCID Abuja, and later at Nigerian Correctional Service, Suleja, since November 23, 2020. All on Ned Nwoko’s inciting.

“My dad, Mr. Okey Ifejoku invested an aggregate energy of around 5 months in both FCID and Nigerian Correctional Center, Kuje, before he could consummate his very stringest bail conditions. Seeing that practically every one of the respondents habe been conceded bail and that the charge is being uncovered for what it is, ‘out and out oppression’, Ned Nwoko, indeed, provoked officials of a similar FCID Abuja, to start another round of capture, for the supposed homicide of a similar Cyprian Kumaorun, for which Mr. Okey Ifejoku had before been released by thr Magistrate Court, upon the DPP’s recommendation, and is indeed, as yet standing path at the Federal High Court, Abuja.

“On March 25, 2021, as My dad, Mr. Okey Ifejoku and his co respondents left the FHC Abuja, where they had attended go to their court date, officials of the FCID Abuja, captured him and his appointee, Mr. Godwin Akaba, saved them at FCID for nearly 7 days before they were moved to Delta State Police Command, Asaba, where they are as yet being kept at the present time.

“Upon enquiry at the FCID, we were educated that they were captured for the supposed homicide of Cyprian Kumaorun. Scarcely any weeks after the fact, an extra individual from the local area was captured and the police has pledged to capture and indict the whole local area, despite the fact that there have finished up a few times on the progressing cases on this issue.

“At present my dad, Mr. Okey Ifejoku, who has been conceded bail by the Federal High Court, is in confinement at the Delta State Police Command, Asaba, for an offense he didn’t submit. The police have not charged him to court and they have would not delivery him. While all these are progressing, Ned Nwoko has actuated a few individuals from the local area with no hint of sovereignty to challenge the Obiship of King Chukwunonso. Accordingly, my lord is yet to be given a staff of office, over three years after he expected the stool of his progenitors.”
