President Muhammadu Buhari has emphasized the responsibility of his organization to keep on focusing on the execution of approaches and projects that would assist with handling issues influencing Niger Deltans and make life more significant to them.

President Buhari gave the affirmation end of the week while dispatching and giving over of the Erosion control and street improvement works to Ondo State Government, at the venture site in Owo LGA of Ondo State.

Buhari, who was addressed by the Hon. Pastor of State, Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Sen. Omotayo Alasoadura, noticed that the Erosion Control of Flooded Area/Road project was one of the Ecological Intervention Projects endorsed and executed by the Federal Government through the Ecological Fund Office, in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), for the great individuals of Owo and its environs.

As per him, “The execution of the task highlights my Administration’s endeavors to keep completing certifiable government arrangements and as a declaration to guarantee that no piece of the nation would be disregarded attributable to its topographical area or political thought”.

“The finishing of this task shows my assurance and genuineness of direction in handling issues influencing its residents and making life more significant to individuals,” he added.

Talking further, President Buhari complimented the endeavors and every one of those that have been engaged with the interaction, taking note of that the culmination of the undertaking would carry colossal alleviation to the local area which for seemingly forever has been influenced by natural difficulties.

While asking individuals to exploit the helpfulness of the task, Mr President advised individuals of the space to love the excellent undertaking by forestalling unpredictable unloading of reject in waste channels.

In his comments, the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, featured the staggering impacts of disintegration and flooding on individuals. He said flooding in the space had caused Pollution, the decrease in horticultural yield and inconvenient passing of numerous youngsters before, however the convenient mediation and finishing of the disintegration and street work by the Federal Government has changed the circumstance.

Prior in his invite address the Permanent Secretary, Ecological Fund Office, Abuja, Dr Habiba Lawal, who was addressed at the event noticed that the Erosion control work was started by the late, Imperial Majesty Oba (Dr.) David Folagbade Olateru Olagbegi III (CFR) to capture the persistent disintegration, flooding and other biological difficulties in Owo town and its environs to stay away from additional natural corruption, loss of lives and properties.
